Turbo-Seal P

Cold-Applied Polymer Rubber Gel Monolithic Membrane

Turbo-Seal is a trowelable, single component, <1% VOC, highly elastomeric, cold applied polymer rubber gel with exceptional adhesive properties and contains over 20% recycled material. Turbo-Seal is a component of the composite GEL-FLEX SYSTEM for both pre-applied and post-applied waterproofing systems for above and below grade construction. Its superior flexibility, adhesiveness and self-healing characteristics make Turbo-Seal the ideal choice for effective, permanent waterproofing. Turbo-Seal can be applied to green concrete, reducing overall project time and costs.

REPAIRABLE: Unlike other hot rubber monolithic membranes, Turbo-Seal can be repaired using injectable polymer rubber gel years after installation of the membrane, greatly increasing the lifespan of the membrane and reducing the risk to the project.

GEL-FLEX SYSTEM: combines a reinforced (Magic Mesh) polymer rubber gel membrane with a durable fleece-backed HDPE sheet. The flexibility of the polymer rubber gel combined with the durability of the HDPE sheet creates a high performance, substrate responsive waterproofing system. The flexible polymer rubber gel component to the GEL-FLEX SYSTEM makes it ideal for construction where seismic events, foundation settlement, structural vibration/movement, or thermal cycling conditions are a concern.

Related Project Profiles:

Turbo-Seal GF-450

GF-450 is a post applied composite waterproofing system applied directly to concrete substrates typically for foundation walls, split slab and plaza deck applications. This composite waterproofing system is comprised of two components applied and assembled in the field.

Turbo-Seal GF-Pre

GF-Pre is a pre-applied waterproofing system applied to the support of excavation. Concrete is cast directly against the installed membrane. GF-Pre is a composite system comprised of three components applied and assembled in the field.

PDS SDS

Miracle Mesh HDPE

Non-conductive, high performance, high strength, lightweight structural netting

PDS SDS

Durotape

6" cold-applied, single-sided 35 mil butyl tape (VOC-free)

PDS SDS

Sepa Seal SH-100

Caulkable single component hydrophilic elastomeric waterstop

PDS SDS

Versadex FB

Fabric-backed, chemical, environmental, and temperature resistant butyl detailing tape.

Available widths: 6", 12" & 18"

PDS SDS

Hydroseal

Water-soluble PVAL film for the temporary protection of Hydrogel and Turbo-Seal GEL-FLEX Polymer Rubber Gel Systems.
Hydroseal is chemically resistant to solvents and protects from construction dust. Once concrete is poured against the waterproofing membrane, Hydroseal dissolves ensuring direct concrete contact for the applied GEL-FLEX system.

PDS SDS

Rust Shield

Pre-Primer water-based oxidation converter and protection coat for rusted and oxidized metal surfaces.
