Cold-Applied Polymer Rubber Gel Monolithic Membrane

Turbo-Seal is a trowelable, single component, <1% VOC, highly elastomeric, cold applied polymer rubber gel with exceptional adhesive properties and contains over 20% recycled material. Turbo-Seal is a component of the composite GEL-FLEX SYSTEM for both pre-applied and post-applied waterproofing systems for above and below grade construction. Its superior flexibility, adhesiveness and self-healing characteristics make Turbo-Seal the ideal choice for effective, permanent waterproofing. Turbo-Seal can be applied to green concrete, reducing overall project time and costs.

REPAIRABLE: Unlike other hot rubber monolithic membranes, Turbo-Seal can be repaired using injectable polymer rubber gel years after installation of the membrane, greatly increasing the lifespan of the membrane and reducing the risk to the project.

GEL-FLEX SYSTEM: combines a reinforced (Magic Mesh) polymer rubber gel membrane with a durable fleece-backed HDPE sheet. The flexibility of the polymer rubber gel combined with the durability of the HDPE sheet creates a high performance, substrate responsive waterproofing system. The flexible polymer rubber gel component to the GEL-FLEX SYSTEM makes it ideal for construction where seismic events, foundation settlement, structural vibration/movement, or thermal cycling conditions are a concern.
